Please understand that WSN Knowledge Base is a web script, not a desktop application. You need a web host that meets the system requirements, like dream host or future hosting. If you don't understand what a host is, see the w3schools introduction.

Click the download link below. That will give you a file named autosetup.php. Upload this autosetup.php to the directory on your web host where you want to install, then visit it in your web browser. For example, if you upload to public_html on the website example.com, go to www.example.com/autosetup.php in your web browser to install at www.example.com.

If for some obscure reason you need to download a direct copy of the files instead of the setup script, get the .tar.gz.
